At SHARP Knife Shop, we stand behind the quality of our cutlery; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Carefully wrap the knife in its original blade guard and box, ensuring it is padded within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to SHARP

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our main sharpening center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master bladesmiths verify the item is in pristine, unused condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
